Blanche Moore, age 64, died October 31, 2012 at Lake City- Scranton Health Care Facility after an extended illness. A funeral service will be held at 4 pm Saturday, November 3, 2012 at Barrineau Pentecostal Holiness Church with burial at New Town Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery, directed by Floyd Funeral Home of Olanta. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 pm November 2, 2012 at the funeral home.

Born in Williamsburg County she was a daughter of the late Eugene Kirby and Emmie Covington Kirby. She attended Barrineau Pentecostal Holiness Church.

She is preceded in death by a brother, Michael Kirby.

She is survived by her spouse, Neese Moore of Lynchburg; one daughter, Ruth Ann Miles (Bubba) of Lake City; two sons, T. J. Moore (Lee Ann) of Bishopville, Sammie N. Moore, Jr. (Charlene) of Lake City; four sisters, Janice McCutcheon of Lake City, Judy Brown (J. W.) Of Sumter, Dianne Miles (Mack) of Sardinia, Kathy Parrish (Dwayne) of Tyler, Texas; one brother, Ronald Kirby (Belvadeen) of Cades and six grandchildren
