            DEATH AT LUZERNE
    Joseph Burton, an old and respected resident of Luzerne, died last evening of blood poisoning, which resulted from a small cut on the finger, after weeks illness.
    He was born in Cornwall, England. He had been in this country about thirty years and was 55 years and 5 months old. He had been married twice. His first wife died one year and six months ago. His second wife and three daughters survive: Mrs. Samuel Perren, Mrs. John Breckenridge and Mrs. Ernest Hoffman, all of Luzerne, also three stepsons and three stepdaughter: John, George and Robert, Lizzie and Ruth, all of Luzerne, and Mrs. Mary A. Crethers, of Westmoor.
    The funeral will take place on Sunday afternoon with services at the house and interment will be in Forty Fort Cemetery.
