Amos Colbert Bonkemeyer Jr., 66, died at San Miguel, Mexico.

He was retired from the Arms Research and Developement Department of the Ordinance Division of the US Army and had lived in San Miguel for seven years. He was a graduate of Lehigh University.

He was survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Ader Bonkemeyer of San Miguel; daughters, Mrs. Dana Zorna of CLiffside, N.J., Mrs. Kristin Kreshmar of Los ANgeles, Calif.; sister, Mrs. Geraldine B. Darden of Greensboro.
