Ollie was the son of Albert and Lavonia J Sharp Adams. He married "Tessie" Tessa Mae Benson on Jun 10, 1904 in Burton, McIntosh Co Ok. To this union issue was born.

Amarillo- Charlie O. (Ollie) Adams, 74, of 3646 Rio Grande, died at 7:45 a.m. June 10, 1960, at Northwest Texas Hospital. A retired carpenter, he had lived here since 1954. He was born in Arkansas.
Funeral arrangements for Mr. Adams, were under the direction of Brice Funeral Home of Three Rivers.
Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. monday, June 13, at the Brice Funeral Chapel, with Rev. L. L Taylor officiating, with interment in Three Rivers Cemetery.
Mr. Adams was a member of the Holiness Church.
Surviving are one son, F. O. Adams of Three Rivers; two daughters, Mrs. Gracie Warner of Three Rivers, and Mrs. Opal Eads of Amarillo; three step-children, Alton Fowler, stationed with the U. S. Air Force, Harvey Bass, of Victoria, and Mrs. Lillian Thompson of San Antonio; three brothers, Dave Adams of San Jacinto, California, Vernie Adams of Dewar, Oklahoma, and Floyd Adams of Three Rivers; one sister, Mrs. Nova Laymon of Selma, California, 20 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
The Pall Bearers were Drew Reese, James Stoleny, Homer Dove, Wayland Barrow, Lloyd Stewart and Hamp Roberds.
