Esta Jewel Keefer was born to Robert E. and Ada Viola Tindall. She was married on December 24, 1941 to C. P. Keefer. She died three months shy of their 70th wedding anniversary. She was a faithful and devoted member of the Church of Christ.

Jewel was a wonderful woman who brought many people to the Lord by her Christian example. She had such great faith and lived it in every aspect of her life. She was my oldest daughter's grandmother and my ex-mother-in-law who I loved dearly. She was a shining example that I try my best to follow as a grandmother. She was loved and will be missed by many.
