Edith M. (Robertson) Agnew, age 67, of Williamsville passed away Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at her residence. She was born in Williamsville , MO, on June 26, 1945, to Raymond and Gladys (Page) Hillis. Edith spent her childhood and adulthood in the Williamsville area. She was first married to Floyd Robertson who preceded her in death. On June 26, 1999, she was united in marriage to James Alan Jefferson Agnew, Jr., who also preceded her in death. Edith was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed cooking for the holidays and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by three sons, James Cobb and his wife, Barbara, of Williamsville, MO, Jerry Cobb of Piggott, AR, Floyd Leroy Robertson of Williamsville, MO; two daughters, Gladys and her husband, Franklin Sims of Wappapello, MO, Tina Vaughan of Licking, MO; five grandchildren, Matthew Sims, Audrey Cobb, April Quinton, Ashley Quinton, Brandon Greene; two brothers,Thomas Eugene Hillis and his wife, Rhonda, of Poplar Bluff, MO, Carl Hillis, Jr. and his wife, Dinah, of Poplar Bluff, MO; three sisters, Betty Robertson of Williamsville, MO, Barbara Romell and Mary Louise and her husband, Jerry McMamee, of Poplar Bluff, MO. Funeral services were at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 22, 2012 at Ruegg Funeral Home, Williamsville, MO, with Bro. Kenny Condray ministering to family. Kevin Garrett, Tyler Marler, Wesley Bratton, Jason Bratton, Josh Bratton, and Lee Hillis serving as pall bearers. Burial was at Chapel Hill Cemetery near Williamsville, MO.
