SOUTH BEND -- Louise M. Slusser, 80, passed away October 25, 2012.
Born September 24, 1932 in Niles, MI, she was the daughter of the late Matthew and Elizabeth Osos. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Eileen Slusser and brother, Richard Osos.
Louise is survived by her companion, David MacKenzie; three daughters, Mary (Greg) Batalis of Osceola, Jane Smith of Bremen, and Sue (Brian) White of Crown Point; three sons, Paul of Osceola, John of South Bend, and Roger (Cherie) Slusser of Largo, FL; sister, Mary Vargo of Spencer, IN; 17 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Louise retired from Morris Park Country Club, after 25 years of service. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be held on Monday from 4-7PM at the McGann Hay, Morning Star Funeral Home, 21275 W. Cleveland Rd., with a Rosary service being prayed at 4:30PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday at 10:00AM at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.
Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Michigan City.
