MORTON - Frieda M. Brown, 95 of 850 Sunset Road in Morton, died at 4:20 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 13, 2004, at Apostolic Christian Restmor in Morton.

Born July 21, 1909, in Peoria to Gottlieb and Anna Platte Knoll, she married Lawrence "Larry" Brown on May 4, 1946, in East St. Louis. He survives.

Also surviving is one sister, Helene Herman of Las Vegas.
She was preceded in death by seven brothers, one of which was her twin, and three sisters.

She was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church in Morton.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at her church, where visitation will be one hour before. The Rev. Jeff Anderson and the Rev. Brian Pape will officiate.

Burial will be in Roberts Cemetery in Morton. Arrangements are by Ludwig Mortuary in Morton.

Memorials may be made to the Morton Public Library
