Besaw, 68, died Sunday, April
25, 1993, at CVPH Medical
Center.
She- was born in Willsboro
April 7, 1925, the daughter of
Benjamin Tyrell and Anna
Higby.
She belonged to the United
Church of Christ of Willsboro
and the American Legion Auxiliary
of Willsboro. Her husband,
Walter A. Besaw Sr., died Dec.
19, 1991. They were married
Aug. 10,1960, in Keeseville.
Survivors include five sons and
two daughters-in-law, Walter
and Wendy Besaw Jr. and Keith
and Cindy Besaw of Willsboro,
Jimmy C. Besaw of Watertown;
Gary K. Beswaw of Pompton
Plains, N.J., and Paul A. Cinco of
Whittier, Calif.; four daughters,
Miss Sandy M. Besaw of
Willsboro, Mrs. Ward (Karen A.)
Ashline of Willsboro, Mrs. John
(Patricia A.) Spath of Danville,
Ky., and Ms. Jean M. Provost of
Willsboro; 11 grandchildren,
three great-grandchildren and
several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Tuesday
from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with the
service at 9 p.m. at the Heustis
Funeral Home in Willsboro. The
Rev. Jerry Sutch will officiate.
There will also be a firefighter
service at 7:30 p.m. at the
funeral home.
Memorial donations may be
made to the Willsboro-Reber
Rescue Squad or the American
Cancer Society. Burial will be in
Calvary Cemetery at a later date.
