She was born in San Diego on Sept. 4, 1945, a daughter of the late Robert A. and Lela Leone (Scott) Williksen.
Patricia was a salesperson by trade. She worked at Foley's Co. and also managed a Goodwill store. She was a member of St. Joseph's Cathedral in Wheeling. She enjoyed volunteering at the church, being outdoors, music and lending a helping hand to anyone in need.
She is survived by her loving husband, Alan Sawitski of Fairmont; one daughter, Angel Pietsch and her husband Bob of Conroe, Texas; one brother, Al Williksen and his wife Lisa of Seattle; one sister, Roberta Carlton and her husband Gerald of Arlington, Texas; nieces and nephews, Robyn Freese, a great-nephew, Ryan, Jerry Carlton, Colleen Williksen and John Williksen; and a sister-in-law, Susie High and her husband Mike.
Family and friends may arrive at Carpenter and Ford Funeral Home, 209 Merchant St., Fairmont, from 10-11 a.m. Saturday. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home at 11 a.m. Saturday. Interment will follow at Catawba Cemetery in Marion County.
