The former Florence Altenbach, she was born in Sheboygan Nov 25, 1894, and was married at Holy Name Church, Sheboygan, to Emil Biever on June 6, 1922.
As a young woman she was employed in the business office of the Sheboygan Press. She was a member of the Christian Mothers Society and the Daughters of Isabella.
Surviving are her husband; a son, Vernon, Port Washington; a niece, the former Ruby Altenbach, now the wife of Lt. Col. Charles Frank, who lived with the Bievers until her marriage; three grandchildren, and a brother, Ed Altenbach, Sheboygan.
Funeral services will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Port Washington, with the Rev. Charles Scheuerell officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. (Sheboygan Press, Wisconsin-Wed, May 2, 1962)
