Deborah A. (Webb) Jones, of Wrentham, where she has lived since 2000, died Monday, June 22, 2009 at her home following a courageous battle with ALS. She was 48.
Born in Attleboro, she was the daughter of Donald Webb Sr. of Plainville and the late Elsie M. (Holland) Webb. She was a graduate of Dighton-Rehoboth High School, Class of 1980.
Formerly of North Attleboro, she has worked at the Wrentham Developmental Center in Wrentham since 1982 as a supervisor. An avid softball player, she had played for many teams over the years, and was a devoted family woman and Mother. She loved her home, gardening, the out of doors, and homemaking.
Wife of Arthur Jones, whom she married on June 18, 1983, she was the devoted mother of Ryan Jones of Wrentham. Sister of Donald Webb Jr. of North Attleboro and JoAnn O'Grady of Attleboro. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the RJ Ross Funeral Home, 135 South Street, Route 1A, Wrentham Centre, on Thursday from 4-8 PM.
Her Funeral Service will be celebrated on Friday, June 26, 2009 at 10 AM, at Trinity Episcopal Church, 47 East St., Wrentham. Burial will follow in the Centre Cemetery in Wrentham.
