Erma enjoyed playing cards, scrabble, and jigsaw puzzles. She also liked dancing and, in her youth, she and her brothers played in a band called "The Anderson Valley Swingsters." She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, brothers Paul and Arlie Lambeck, and infant sister Clara. She is survived by daughters Cindy (Guy) Smyth of Evansville, and Suellen (Jerry) Malone of Tell City; grandchildren Dr. Erin Smyth of Indianapolis, Ben Smyth of St. Louis, Katie and Meghan Malone of Indianapolis, and Lauren Malone of Tell City. Funeral service will be held at 10 A.M. CDT on Thursday, June 7, 2012, at Kratzburg Trinity United Church of Christ in Fulda. Rev. Chip Jahn will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4-7 P.M. and Thursday 8:30-9:30 A.M. at the funeral home.
