Scott was born August 20, 1975 in Mexico, Missouri, the son of Eddie and Shirley (Smith) Woolfolk.
He was united in marriage on February 12, 2010 to Crystal Jeffries.
Scott had worked as a bail bondsman. In his spare time he enjoyed sports of all kinds, his dogs, fishing, and working on cars. More than anything though, Scott was a great father who loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them, especially attending their activities at school. Scott adored his grandmother.
