He was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil where he lived until his death. Son of Alberto De Grossi and Jandyra Meira De Grossi, he was the younger son of the couple. Working all his life as a bank clerk, he expired in the morning of january 24, 1993 after a long period of sickness at Pedro Ernesto Hospital, in the same city he was born. He never got married.
