OGDEN - Edna May Boren Brown, 72, died Saturday, November 29, 2003 at Ogden Regional Medical Center of heart failure.
She was born March 7, 1931 in Baggs, Wyoming, a daughter of Ezra Coleman and Bertha Ann Kendall Boren.
On April 16, 1952, Edna married Ebenezer Brown Jr., in Vernal, Utah. Their marriage was solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple in July of 1964.
She was reared and educated in Vernal, moving to Ogden in 1950 where she resided until her death.
Edna was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Ogden 66th Ward.
She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and crafts of all kinds.
Surviving are her husband of Ogden; two sons and two daughter, Dale (Patti) Brown, Scenic, AZ; Randall E. Brown, and Carol Jean Donahoo, both of Ogden; Debra (Dale) Sandoval,Layton; 15 grandchildren and 42 great-grandchildren.
Edna is also survived by several brothers and sisters.
Preceding her in death were her parents, sister, Verda, brother, Darrell, and a great-grandson, Brady.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.
Friends may call at the mortuary on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday 2 to 2:45 p.m.
Interment, Lindquist's Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road.
