Ruth Wells Phillips, 89, of Killeen, passed away Sunday, September 9, 2012, in Temple. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., Thursday, September 13, 2012, at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen with graveside service to follow at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard E. Phillips; and a grandson.
