Nov. 19--Mrs. Lucy Eliott (Shannon) Denio, wife of F. Winchester Denio, a vice-president of the First National Bank of Boston, died yesterday after a long illness in Waltham Hospital. Mrs. Denio was born in Newton, Sept. 19, 1884, but has been a resident of Lincoln for the past 25 years. She was a member of the Boston Women's City Club, the Lincoln League of Women Voters and the Concord Country Club and St. Anne's Episcopal Church in South Lincoln. Besides her husband, she leaves a son, John, of Lincoln, and three daughters, Miss Jean Denio of Montclair, N. J., Mrs. Lucy Bygrave of Pittsfield and Mrs. Julie Courtney of North Quincy. The funeral will be held at 2:30 P. M, Saturday at St. Anne's Church with the Rev. Richard S. Emerich officiating, Burial will be in Lincoln cemetery.
