Louis Edgerton, George Spears, Miss Alice Moore and Miss Maude Hawk, well known young people of Benton township, were arrested Monday by Constable Jake Starr on the charge of disturbing the peace at a religious meeting at the Pleasant Grove church November 27, 1892. The case will be tried in Justice Reynolds' court, at Cummings, next Saturday. THe church people wanted the young folks to apologize, but they refused to do it, hence the arrest. The young men and Miss Moore are students of the County High school. The have hired a lawyer and will fight the case.

Case Dismissed.
Marion Graves, Church Deacon, Has No Cause For Action
. . . As soon as Mr. Walker saw what there was in the case he had it dismissed, and reprimanded Graves for bringing such a trival charge into court, thereby placing the county at expense.
