Mrs. Isaac Askew of Plymouth died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles Bitner, 177 Scott screet, this city, on Thursday afternoon at 1:15. She is survived by four children - Mrs. Boyd Bowman of Muhlenburg, Mrs. Charles Bitner of this city, William of Bloomsburg, and James of Plymouth; also one sister, Mrs. Edward Mackin of Scott street. John Dowling of this city and James Dowling of Plymouth are brothers. The funeral will take place this afternoon at 2 o'clock.
