Obituary - Erie Times June 11, 1990

Christina Obert, 93, 210 West 6th, died Sunday, June 10th, at Hamot Medical Center.

She is the daughter of the late George and Ruth Spencer Brown.

Mrs. Obert was a member of Cathedral of St. Paul Episcopal Church.

Her husband, Arthur A. Obert, died June 19, 1973; and a sister, Ezma B. Felton, died March 1, 1990. Several other brothers and sisters also died previously.

Survivors include three nephews, Gilbert G. Brown, with whom she lived, Layton P. Geddis of Pittsburgh, and Lee S. Brown of Bradford, PA; and a niece, Mrs. Donald (Ruth) Wright of Erie.

Friends may attend a service at All Saints Chapel of the Cathedral of St. Paul Episcopal, 133 W 6th, Tuesday at 11:30 am with the Very Rev. John P. Downey officiating.

Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the charity of choice.

Arrangements are being handled by A. Brugger & Sons Funeral Home, 449 E. 9th.
