CeCelia Theresa Birdsall, 91, died Thursday at her residence.
A native of Winona, Minn., she was born May 2, 1890, and moved to the Reno area 56 years ago. She was past president of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and the Ladies Auxiliary of G.I.A.
Surviving are son, Wallace and a daughter, Dorothy Winn, both of Reno; daughters Gloria Tharp and Marguerite McKinnon, both of Sparks; brother, David Naas of Minneapolis, Minn.; 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday at Ross, Burke & Knobel Mortuary. A graveside funeral service is scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday at Mountain View Cemetery.
