Mr. Adrain was born Nov. 30, 1956, in Loudoun County, the son of Samuel R. and Mary Ellen Fletcher Adrain.
He was co-owner of B&M Carpet in Winchester.
Surviving with his parents, of Boyce, are three sisters, Kelly Adrain and Donna Adrain, both of Sterling, and Sandy Adrain of Purcellville; and his grandmother, Eugena Adrian of Berryville.
A graveside service will be 10:30 a.m. Friday in Sterling Cemetery, with the Rev. John Zoller officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Enders & Shirley Funeral Home, Berryville.
