MRS. ETTA FISKE ARNOLD, 73, of Gaskill Corners, widow of Earl L. Arnold, died Monday in Binghamton. She is survived by two daugthers, Mrs. Richard Rowley of Elmira and Mrs. Andrew Harris of Perry, Fla.; a son; Newton Tobey of Owego; three sisters, Mrs. Joseph L. Rising of Owego, Mrs. William Ratzlaff and Mrs. Harry Welch, both of Johnson City; a brother, Edwin Fiske of Newark Valley The body was moved to the Estey & Munroe Funeral Home, 15 Park Street, Owego, where friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p. m. tomorrow.
