Beulah P. Beaman, 80, life-time area resident died Saturday evening following a lengthy illness. The daughter of George and Lilly Deane, she was born May 17, 1909 on her father's homestead in a half-dugout one mile south of the homesite in the Eva community where she reared her family and she and here husband, Raymond Beaman farmed. The farm is located 25 miles west of Guymon on Highway 64.

Beulah married Raymond Beaman on May 11, 1929 at Boise City. Mrs. Beaman was a hostess at the Hotel Dale Coffee Shop for a number of years.

She was preceded n death by her parents, George and Lilly Deane; her five brothers, Merel, Lee, Bryan, Jess and Frank; and a sister who died as a child.

Survivors include her husband, Raymond Beaman, of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Leslie (Kay) Hays of Guymon and Mrs. Jim (Mary Ann) Johnson of Cincinnati, Ohio; one son, Carroll Deane Beaman of Amarillo, Tex.; one sister, Mary Frances Allen of Thousand Oakes, Calif; seven grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted from the Henson Funereal Home Chapel Wednesday at 2 p.m.with Rev. Delbert Carter officiating. Interment will be in the Baker Cemetery northwest of Texhoma under the direction of the Henson Funeral Home of Guymon.
