Alvina was the second of ten children born to Herman E Arndt and Amelia Anna Bentz Arndt. The first three of Herman and Amelia's children were all born in Germany and the final seven were all born in Michigan.
Very little is known of Alvina except that she passed away in December of 1892 (or 93) at the age of 22 (or 23) in Michigan. If anyone reading this has family information, please contact me so I can give her a proper memorial.
Note: There is a death record of "Elma" Arndt in December of 1893 in Amber. Her parents are listed as "Norman" and "Elma". I suspect this is our Alvina and the transcriber made these errors. Can anyone help with this?
