Found in The State 14 April 1997: Services for Nina Geddes Nelson Andrews, 81, will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral with burial in Elmwood Cemetery...Mrs. Andrews died Saturday, April 12, 1997, in Saluda, N. C. Born in Columbia, she was the daughter of the late William Shannon Nelson and Nina Geddes Nelson. She attended Columbia schools and the University of South Carolina. She was a member of the Junior League of Columbia and a past president of The Assembly. She was also a former member of the Columbia Garden Club and the Pine Tree Hunt Club. She was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration in Saluda, N.C. and a former member of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral in Columbia. Surviving are her husband, Dwight F. Andrews; son, Dwight F. Andrews Jr. of Columbia; daughters, Mrs. Angus E. Peyson of Charleston, W. Va. and Mrs. J. William Haltiwanger of Columbia and five grandchildren.
