COLUMBIA - Services for Clara Hyrne Crosby, 91, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the First Church of the Nazarene, with burial in Crescent Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Dunbar Funeral Home, Gervais Street Chapel. Memorials may be made to the First Church of the Nazarene.
Mrs. Crosby, widow of Charles W. Crosby, died Tuesday, January 11, 2000. Born in Colleton Co., she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Viola Beach Hyrne. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene.
Surviving are her sons, Carl Crosby of Aiken, Ronald M. Crosby of Irmo; sister, Norma Price of Wendell, N.C.; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sons, Thomas Edward Crosby and Charles Wesley Crosby Jr.
