BIRKHOLZ - BUNTENBACH

A quiet wedding took place at four o'clock Sunday afternoon in Peace Lutheran Church when Lula Birkholz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Kreimeyer, of Deshler, and Harley Buntenbach, of Iowa Falls, Iowa, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Buntenbach, of Williams, Iowa, were united in marriage. The Rev. F.H. Schwerin officiated.

The couple was attended by the groom's sister, Mrs. Harold Lagerman (sic), of Webster City, Iowa, and Marvin Crouch, of Williams, Iowa.

After the ceremony a reception was given for immediate relatives at the home of the bride's parents. A luncheon was served.

Out-of-town guests were Mrs. William Buntenbach, Donald Buntenbach, and Marvin Crouch, of Williams, Iowa; Mrs. Harold Lagerman (sic), of Webster City, Iowa; and Mrs. Bessie Oehlman and son, Charles, of Compton, Cal.

The bride and groom left Sunday evening on a short wedding trip after which they will make their home at Iowa Falls, Iowa.

Congratulations and best wishes for wedded happiness are extended to the couple.

LITTLE YORK - Funeral for Mrs. Lula E. Buntenbach, 52, Little York, who died Friday, was Sunday at 2 p.m. at the First Lutheran Church. Rev. Gerald Youngquist officiated.

Burial was at a Deshler, Neb., cemetery. Pallbearers here were Robert Armstrong, Richard Durgens, James Palmer, William Martin, Roger Boock, Carl Rylander, Richard Edwards, Fred Welsh, Robert Connon, and Gary Stuartwagon.
