Mary "Peggy" Stultz Akers, 73, of Martinsville, VA died Monday, March 17, 2008 at Memorial Hospital of Martinsville/Henry County. Born on June 19, 1934 in Martinsville, VA, she was a daughter of the late James Moir Stultz and Blanche Barker Stultz. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by one sister, Connie Smith and one Brother, Marvin Stultz.
Ms. Akers was a machine operator for CSI Service and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are her daughter, Deborah Bennett of Kings Mountain, NC; two sons, Gary Leon Akers, Jr. of Rock Hill, SC and Barry Akers of Chesapeake, VA, one brother, James M. Stultz of Murrells Inlet, SC; two grandchildren.
