Kirklin woman dies at 66

MRS. MARY E. LECKLITNER, 66, of Kirklin rt. 2, died Sunday afternoon at the Clinton County Hospital.

Mrs. Lecklitner was a member of the Christian Chapel Church at Bogantown. She had been employed for a year at a Sheridan residence.

She was born east of Kirklin on Sept. 18, 1903, the daughter of Ulysses and Nora Ann Louks Bogan.

Her husband, David Lecklitner, died in 1958. They were married in 1937. She is survived by four sisters, Mrs. Opal Bogan and Mrs. Cosy Burgess, both of Kirklin, Mrs. Wilma Crawford of Whitestown rt. 1 and Juanita Babb, of Bloomington; three brothers, John Bogan of Kirklin and Robert and Lloyd Bogan, both of Lebanon, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mrs. Lecklitner will be held at 2 o'clock this afternoon at the Christian Chapel Church with Rev. Edwin Gwaltney officiating, and burial will be made in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Kirklin.

It was announced that friends may call at the Hinshaw Funeral Home at Kirklin. The body will lie in state at the church an hour prior to the services.
