Erika, age 22 and her unborn son Noah Daniel passed away from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Her two year old daughter was in the back seat sitting in her car seat received minor injuries.
Erika was not wearing a seat belt. Erika's family was constantly reminding her to please wear her seat belt.
Erika was 15 months old when she came to live with Robert and Maria. Her name was Veronica Ramirez, they decided to give her a new name with her new life. Erika was adopted by Robert & Maria Ybarra when she was about two years old, along with her baby sister and two older brothers.
Erika was a good and loving mother. Being a mother brought her joy and she was looking forward to having her second child, a son, Noah.
