Armstrong Services -- Funeral services for William Robert Armstrong, 71, retired Pittsburgh business man, who died Wednesday afternoon in his home, 5657 Callowhill street, East End, will be held this afternoon at three o'clock from the home. Burial will be in Homewood cemetery. He was a resident of Pittsburgh for more than 50 years and was a member of the Fourth United Presbyterian Church. He leaves his widow, Mrs. Amy J. Bell Armstrong; three daughters, Mrs. S. B. Calhoun, Mrs. William J. Hittner, Jr., and Miss Alma V. Armstrong, all of Pittsburgh; two sons, William M. B. Armstrong and James B. Armstrong, both of Pittsburgh; a brother, Frank A. Armstrong of Riverside, Cal., and eight grandchildren.
