She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Darlene Blue and George Haynes of Baton Rouge and Marjorie Blue and Ronnie Ford of Prairieville; two sons, Alvin Lamar Blue Jr. and Christine Curran of Slidell and Allen O. Blue of Baton Rouge; daughter-in-law, Shirley Blue of Zachary; sister and brother-in-law, Bessie and Milton Prescott of Magnolia, Miss; two brothers and sisters-in-law, William and Betty Stewart of Pearl, Miss., and Claude and Faye Stewart of Osyka, Miss.; grandchildren, John Darling and Joanna Haynes and George Darren Haynes, all of Baton Rouge, Sommer Blue Haynes of New York, Thomas Dudley Blue III and Shannon B. Kahn, both of Zachary, Ronnie Lee Ford Jr. and wife Faith of McComb, Miss., and Racey Lamar Ford, Jason Dwayne Ford, Christopher David Ford, Corey Blue Ford, Dusty Blue Ford and Winter Winona Ford, all of Prairieville; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Alvin Lamar Blue Sr.; parents, Albert and Florence Haney Stewart; son, Thomas D. Blue; granddaughter, Stacey Blue; brothers, Patrick, Burnell, Wallace, Quentin and Edsel Stewart; and sisters, Velma Stewart, Eleanor Simmons, Yvonne Ferguson, Evy Jo Stewart and Edyce Alford.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons. Honorary pallbearers are John Darling "Blue" Haynes Jr. and Corey Blue Ford Jr.
