Bun Clark Dies In a Denver Hospital- Message Received By John Clark, a brother, At Laredo, This Morning.
John Clark of Laredo received a message about one o'clock this morning of the death of his brother C. I. "Bun" Clark, who passed away at seven P.M. yesterday at a hospital in Denver, Colo. Mr. Clark had been in failing health for the past two years, but was not taken to the hospital until June 14. John Clark had just returned from Denver yesterday afternoon, and when he left there, his brother "Bun" was thought to be considerable better.
The deceased formerly lived in Grundy County, in the community of Lindley, leaving here some time ago for the west for the reason that his health was failing him.
Besides the widow and two children of Denver, the survivors include his mother, Mrs. Sam Clark, Humphreys; three brothers, Alva Clark, Trenton; Bill Clark, Ft. Smith, Ark; John Clark, Laredo; five sisters, Mrs. A.M. Rhoades and Mrs. Chester Batsell, St. Hoseph; Mrs. Ora Smith and Mrs. Dave Rhoades, Humphreys; Mrs. Chas. Trask, Perry, Iowa.
The body will be brought to Laredo and taken to the Rural Dale Cemetery for burial, but other than that no arrangements have been made about the funeral services.
