Obituary: Mrs. M.D. Pttiman, 27, of Monahans, will be buried at Cedarlawn Memorial Park today at 2 p.m. with Bratcher-Moore in charge of arrangements. Funeral services were held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Monahans where she died Wednesday after a four day illness.
Mrs. Pittman was the sister-in-law of Mrs. Fred Sanders and daughter-in-law of C.C. Pittman, both of Denison. She was born here in June, 1926, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R.C. Burford. She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband; parents, Mr. and Mrs. R.C. Burford, Porterville, Calif.; two brothers, Henry and Jimmy Burford; and a sister, Mrs. Lillie Bell Strickland.
