A son of William & Lydia Stokely (Stockley) Craig, Otha married (1) Jane McClellan (1787 - 1845). Married (2) Mary Ann Parkinson (1808-1861). He came to Illinois in 1830, was a Soldier of 1812, and of the Blackhawk War. Otho (also referred to as Otha) had a son named Otho.
