PROVIDENCE, KY - Marie Jeanne Myers, 91 of Providence passed away on Sunday, April 1 in Madisonville.
She was born on Nov. 23, 1920 in France to Francois and Louise Demonchaux and attended schools there. She and Ellis Myers were married on April 9, 1945 while he was serving in the US Army in France. The couple returned to Providence and have resided here since that time. Marie Jeanne was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening and knitting and was a devout member of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Survivors include her husband Ellis Myers, a daughter Francoise Lincoln and a son and his wife Earl and Mary Myers all of Providence.
Two grandchildren Christina and husband Kregg Woolsey and Christopher and wife Rhonda Myers. Three great grandchildren, Abigail, Christopher and Sophia.
Services will be held on Saturday, April 7 at 1 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Providence. Visitation is from 11 AM to service time.

Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the world wide work of Jehovah's Witnesses.
