Mrs. Juliana Jordan
Mrs. Juliana Jordan died at her home in Shelbina Friday at the age of 76. She was born in Monroe county March 22, 1844. In 1871 Juliana Gerry was married to John D. Jordan and to this union six children were born, four of whom are living. A son, C. A. Jordan, lives in Shelbina and a daughter, Miss Nondas Jordan, a teacher in the Hannibal schools, also lives in Shelbina. Mr. Jordan was mayor of Shelbina at the time of his death, which occurred on October 10, 1890.
The funeral was held at 2:30 p. m. Sunday in Shelbina, conducted by Rev. J. H. Stidham.
