wife of William Badley, Surgeon of Dudley and daughter of a Cosley schoolmaster, she was born at Cosley, Staffordshire, England. They had four children surgeon, John Badley, F.R.C.S.; Anthony Badley; Elizabeth Badley and Radcliff Badley. A follower of John and Charles Wesley, they often visited her when in Dudley.
