Carol Ann Houk Averill passed away on July 26, 2007, at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh, Clinton Co., NY. She was the third child born to Clifford Ray Houk and Dorothy Ann Music Houk on 18 Nov 1951 in Capels, McDowell Co., WV.
Carol was graduated from Welch High School, Welch, WV, in 1970. She wanted to build a career so she relocated to New York. Carol attended Our Lady of Victory Secretarial School and was graduated from there in 1987, receiving high honors in business.
Rev. Dewayne Houk officiated a memorial service on 10 August 10 at the Bluewell Church of God.
Carol Ann was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Clifford Jr., Larry, and Roger.
