Son of Joseph Rickard Sr. and Josephine Cunningham Rickard ~ Husband of Pearl Leavitt Rickard ~ Father of Albert, Paul and Elvin. From his marriage with Mary Poston , they had one son ~ Samuel Leroy Rickard . From his marriage with Ella Richardson they had one son, Clarence Rickard.

They knew his touch would heal,

His hand would find the pain beneath.

And so they came to find and feel

The love we have for Grandpa

We'll think of him, our special friend

The memories of his laughter,
His warm and loving smile,
His eyes so full of happiness,
His heart that of a child.
