wife of 1 otto lange 2 edward charboneau. Cecil had 3 ch from her first marriage 1 still living. She had three from her second marriage, 2 still living. She also adopted a child still living and possibly a second but he may have only been fostered. He is still living. Cecil was very spiritual and studied religions to perfect her faith. She was a volunteer and during wwll she worked at the shipyards. She was an avid gardener and cook. Losing her eldest son caused her a lifelong grief that she was unable to ever set aside.
