Fitness instructor, motion picture trainer-stuntman and former Navy SEAL. Helvenston helped prepare actress Demi Moore for her role as the first woman to join the Navy SEALs in the 1997 film, "G.I. Jane" and appeared on two reality series: "Man vs. Beast" and "Combat Missions." Helvenston also owned a fitness company, Amphibian Athletics, that produced several Navy SEAL-style workout videos for its customers.Years out of the service, Helvenston left the comforts of his home in California and headed for war-torn Iraq on a field operations project through Blackwater Security Consulting. He was among four American civilian contractors killed in Fallujah, Iraq when their vehicle was ambushed by rocket-propelled grenades.
