Almon M. Hall, 84, Rites Wednesday

Funeral services For Almon M. Hall, 84, a resident of the Proctor Endowment home for 20 years, who had died at 9:50 p. m. Sunday at St. Francis hospital where he had been a patient since April 18, will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Wilton mortuary chapel.

The Rev. E. L. Fernandes of Arcadia Presbyterian church will officiate and Masonic rites will be accorded by Joseph Schiller lodge. Burial will be Springdale cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary after 3 p.m. today.

Mr. Hall was the caretaker at Proctor Recreation center for a number of years prior to his retirement 20 years ago.

He was born in Radnor township Oct. 9, 1868, a son of Bradford and Martha Daily Hall. He married Elizabeth Schaffer March 6, 1904 and she died her April 29, 1949. He was a member of Joseph Schiller lodge 335 AF&AM.

Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Clara Harding of Peoria; one brother, Grant Hall of Princeville and a number of nieces and nephews.
