DORNSIFE - Wayne H. Oxenrider, 68, of Dornsife RD 1 died Saturday in Sunbury Community Hospital.
He was a retired construction worker for Pennsylvania Power & Light Co. and a member of Christ United Church of Christ, Leck Kill; Herndon Fire Company; and the Selinsgrove Moose lodge.
Surviving are his wife, Thelma Pearson Oxenrider; his mother, Katie Snyder Oxenrider of Klingerstown RD 1; a daughter, Barbara Thew of Trevorton; five sisters, Edna Stiely of Sacramento, Eleanor Rebuck of Herndon RD 1, Elsie Waters of Lenkerville, Helen Schreffler of Rebuck and Nancy Wetzel of Pitman RD 1; five brothers, James and Almond, both of Klingerstown RD 1, John of Millersburg, Mark and Carl, both of Herndon RD 1; and three grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Rothermel Funeral Home, Klingerstown RD 1, with the Rev. Bruce Dalious, his pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in St. John's Reformed Cemetery, Leck Kill.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday.
