Waltz, Cheryl Ann, 50, of Bellbrook, passed away Monday February 13, 2012 after a 6 year battle against cancer. Even through her disease, she remained positive, upbeat and quick to laugh and tell a joke. She was devoted to her daughters Charlee Hatch of West Carrollton & Jannee Hatch of Centerville, mother Jane Waltz of Centerville, sister Tracy Truett (Jeff) of Waynesville, niece Casey Truett and nephew Zachary Truett, both of Waynesville, former husband Russ Hatch and many cousins and friends. Cheryl graduated from Waynesville High School in 1978 and was an active member of the Bellbrook United Methodist Church since 1974. She was preceded in death by her dad, Charles C. Waltz (2000) and her grandparents. The family will receive friends Thursday February 15 from 4-8 pm at Conner & Koch Funeral Home, 92 W. Franklin St. (S.R. 725), Bellbrook. A memorial service will be held Friday, 2:00 pm at Bellbrook United Methodist Church, 47 E. Franklin St., Bellbrook with Rev. Terry Heck officiating.
