Dornton Baldridge and his wife Mary Boggs Baldridge moved their family from North Carolina to Jefferson Co. IL in 1820. They had twelve children. He was a farmer and a teamster, traveling between Jefferson County and St. Louis.
He was the son of John Baldridge and Margaret Poston Baldridge.
Dornton and Mary Baldridge are my 3rd great grandparents.
