After becoming a menber in 1955, of the Variety Boys Club in Houston, Texas he was awarded the "Boy Of The Year" in 1956. Making the award was Paul Bosh, Houston wrestling promoter.
After graduating Reagan High School, in Houston Texas, he went to collage at, Steven F. Austin in Texas for 2 years. Graduated from William & Mary College in Virginia where he got his degree. Then he join the service and served his country for 2 years in the Army. He also was a part time professor at one of the colleges in Virginia for about 10 years.
After he got out he went to work for NASA, Grumman's and other big co's. He worked on computer software programs. I was told he helped design the program for smart bombs and laser guided missile. He also helped on stealth radar for tanks.
He was a very smart man and will be missed.
