OBITUARY :
EVA OLENA MAY AUSHERMAN, 70, formerly of 10717 Bower Avenue, Williamsport, Maryland, died on Monday, February 7, 2005 at the Coffman Nursing Home.

Born February 9, 1934 in Washington County, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Franklin and Eva Olena Myers Higgins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Merle Ausherman.

She was employed with McCrory's for forty years, retiring in 1997.

She was a member of the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Williamsport, Maryland.

She was a member of the V. F. W. Auxiliary in Hagerstown, serving as the secretary.

She is survived by one sister, Betty Sherrard of Lakeland, Florida; three nieces, three nephews; and one great-niece and one great-nephew.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a. m. Friday at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard. Rev. Gregory W. Martin will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park.

Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 7 to 9 p. m.
